{"id":207,"date":"2025-11-05T11:06:36","date_gmt":"2025-11-05T10:06:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rouchon.louisst.o2switch.site\/blog\/?page_id=207"},"modified":"2025-11-15T10:10:21","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T09:10:21","slug":"contenu","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.rouchon.louisst.o2switch.site\/blog\/contenu\/","title":{"rendered":"Ma formation \ud83c\udf93"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Je suis actuellement \u00e9tudiant en&nbsp;<strong>BTS N\u00e9gociation et Digitalisation de la Relation Client (NDRC)<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e0&nbsp;<strong>SupAlta<\/strong>, une \u00e9cole situ\u00e9e \u00e0&nbsp;<strong>Lyon&nbsp;<\/strong>dans le 4\u00e8me arrondissement<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>, reconnue pour son approche moderne de l\u2019enseignement et sa proximit\u00e9 avec les entreprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette formation, d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de deux ans, me permet d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir toutes les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour \u00e9voluer dans les m\u00e9tiers du commerce et de la relation client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le&nbsp;<strong>BTS NDRC<\/strong>&nbsp;forme des professionnels capables de&nbsp;<strong>prospecter, n\u00e9gocier, fid\u00e9liser et conseiller<\/strong>&nbsp;la client\u00e8le en s\u2019adaptant aux nouvelles technologies. Aujourd\u2019hui, la digitalisation transforme en profondeur les relations entre les entreprises et leurs clients. C\u2019est pourquoi la formation met un accent particulier sur les outils num\u00e9riques, les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, le e-commerce et la gestion de la relation client en ligne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0&nbsp;<strong>SupAlta<\/strong>, nous b\u00e9n\u00e9ficions d\u2019un&nbsp;<strong>enseignement concret et professionnalisant<\/strong>. Les cours sont dispens\u00e9s par des professeurs exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s et des intervenants issus du monde de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le programme s\u2019articule autour de plusieurs mati\u00e8res cl\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022La&nbsp;<strong>relation client et n\u00e9gociation-vente<\/strong>,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022La&nbsp;<strong>relation client \u00e0 distance et digitalisation<\/strong>,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022La&nbsp;<strong>relation client et animation de r\u00e9seaux<\/strong>,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Le&nbsp;<strong>management<\/strong>, la&nbsp;<strong>communication<\/strong>&nbsp;et la&nbsp;<strong>culture \u00e9conomique, juridique et manag\u00e9riale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce aux&nbsp;<strong>stages<\/strong>, la formation permet de mettre rapidement en pratique les notions apprises en cours et de d\u00e9velopper des comp\u00e9tences professionnelles solides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon objectif \u00e0 travers ce BTS est de devenir un&nbsp;<strong>commercial polyvalent<\/strong>, \u00e0 l\u2019aise aussi bien dans la vente directe qu\u2019en ligne, et de poursuivre ensuite mes \u00e9tudes dans le domaine du
